Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. Metallgeist does not offer cash refunds. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns for Size Exchange or Store Credit under the following conditions:

  • 14-Day Window: Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in original condition: unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Store Credit: Credit notes are issued for the item value.

  • Exceptions: We do not accept returns for swimwear, undergarments, accessories, or items purchased during a Sample Sale.

  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A tracking number must be provided to confirm the return.

  • Original Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Exchange Lead Time: Size exchanges are subject to a 3–5 week production time based on our current studio capacity.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at studio@metallgeist.com within 3 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and arrange for a priority replacement.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email studio@metallgeist.com with your order number and whether you would like an exchange or store credit.

  2. We will provide instructions for the return.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange or digital credit note.
