Shipping policy

To support intentional production and avoid overstock, Metallgeist pieces are created in limited batches and are primarily made-to-order. Please review the details below before placing your order:

Order Processing

• Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 3–5 weeks for your garment to be crafted and dispatched.

• In-Stock Items: Processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

• Combined Orders: If your order contains both made-to-order and in-stock items, the entire parcel will ship once the made-to-order piece is ready.

Domestic Shipping (Malaysia)

• All domestic orders are shipped via tracked delivery services.

• Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

• Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide via tracked international couriers.

• Delivery timeframes vary depending on your destination and local customs processing.

• Duties & Taxes: Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are determined by your destination country and are not collected by Metallgeist.

• During peak seasons or high-volume launches, production and processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we prioritize quality finishing for every piece.

• Metallgeist is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance.
