2. Products & Orders

  • Production: To support intentional production, our pieces are created in limited batches and are primarily made-to-order. These require 3–5 weeks to craft and ship unless otherwise stated.

  • Availability: Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, or unavailability of materials. If we cancel your order, you will be notified and refunded in full.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).

  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase.

  • International Fees: Metallgeist is not responsible for additional charges such as international duties, VAT, or import taxes. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing and shipping timeframes are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary by courier or destination.

  • Liability: Metallgeist is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party shipping providers once the parcel has been dispatched from our studio.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Our Refund Policy outlines all terms for size exchanges and store credit. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted our No Cash Refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, images, product designs, and logos—is the intellectual property of Metallgeist. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission from the studio.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metallgeist shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
